Kayla has a profound passion for human movement and rehabilitation. As the eldest of three siblings, she naturally developed strong responsibility and nurturing qualities from a young age. Growing up participating in gymnastics and soccer, she faced adversity with an ACL and meniscal tear during her sophomore year of college, which ultimately steered her towards a career in fitness and rehabilitation. Beginning her journey at Westmont College Athletic Training Department, she later transitioned to a performance coach role in Santa Barbara, California, ultimately graduating with a B.S. in Kinesiology and Exercise Science. Kayla’s deep-rooted love for sports and genuine care for her athletes drive her to craft tailored programs that meet their individual needs. Her unwavering dedication shines through as she motivates her athletes to overcome challenges and achieve success, even in their darkest moments.
